This brings back some memories from when I was a kid. My Dad read that it was horrible for kids to watch cartoons, but had no issues with me watching HBO (go figure lol). Anyway I remember seeing this time and time again. I can't believe that was all done by hand back in the day. (Did you catch that dial based cable box lol?)
