Sitting in the AirPort
1. BFF cut and ran - After over 15 years of friendship my oldest and dearest friend said "I have to let the past go" and hasn't talked to me again. Dont get me wrong I understand where she is coming from because she is trying to get her life together after some really crappy things have occurred. it has really rocked me to my core but I am trying to let it go. I wish her nothing but the best. I guess a life long friend just isn't something that really happens.
2. The house has been closed on and is officially mine and Sony's. That is right the paper work is signed and this huge weight should be off my shoulders, but I am finding it hard to let go. It seems like I have held on to that stress for so long I can't quite just chill about the whole thing and enjoy it. Sony is so happy about it but I hate that thing 3 has kind of taking away from it for her.
3. My mother-in-law has been diagnosed with stage 3 lymph-node cancer. The good news here is that it is highly treatable. After a few months of hardcore treatment lord willing she will be ok.

Dove Evolution -- See I told you she wasn't real
I gotta say this pretty crazy. The commercial does make a good point about why beauty conceptions are so screwed. I mean look at Oprah. We all remember her from the late 80's to early 90's. She was straight bama. Drop in a billion a boom you have a fairly attractive woman(maybe it is still just the money lol). but you know what I am saying. Cake on the makeup and tweak with Photoshop and anybody can look good. What happened to the natural beauties like my wife?? Why aren't they on TV and print media anymore? Maybe the true beautiful women have realized that a life like that is fake and so they don't go that route anymore. You know what? More power to them!!
(Dang Sony turning to the Lifetime channel at night has kicked up my estrogen levels lol)

Just to complete my thoughts on the Theremin
The theremin (originally pronounced [teremiːn] but often anglicized as [ˈθɛɹəmɪn] [1]), or thereminvox, is one of the earliest fully electronic musical instruments. It was invented by Russian inventor Léon Theremin in 1919, and it is unique in that it was the first musical instrument designed to be played without being touched. It consists of two radio frequency oscillators and two metal antennae. The electric signals from the theremin are amplified and sent to a loudspeaker.
To play the theremin, the player moves his or her hands around the two metal antennae, which control the instrument's frequency (pitch) and amplitude (volume). The theremin is widely associated with "alien", surreal, and eerie-sounding portamento, glissando, tremolo, and vibrato sounds, due to its use in film soundtracks such as Spellbound, The Lost Weekend, and The Day the Earth Stood Still. The theremin is also used in art music (especially avant-garde and 20th-century "new music") and in popular music genres such as rock and pop.
Similar electronic instruments, such as the Ondes-Martenot also use the principle of two heterodyning oscillators, but the Ondes-Martenot is touched while it is played.
Here is a link to my previous Theremin video posts.

Hmm I wonder who McCain Supports?
Expert from America Blog:
McCain doesn't know if condoms help stop the spread of HIV

There are so many reasons John McCain should not be President. But an interaction with a reporter today on his Not-So-Straight Talk bus pretty much confirmed it.
McCain was stumped by a very simple question -- a question that can be answered with a modicum of research. He was stumped by a question that can mean the difference between life and death. He was stumped by a question that every responsible adult in American should know the answer to. He doesn't know if condoms can help stop the spread of HIV. Seriously:
Q: “What about grants for sex education in the United States? Should they include instructions about using contraceptives? Or should it be Bush’s policy, which is just abstinence?”Could John McCain be this much of an idiot? Could he be so stupid about basic health policy? Could he be so beholden to the theocrats that he wouldn't answer such an obvious question?
Mr. McCain: (Long pause) “Ahhh. I think I support the president’s policy.”
Q: “So no contraception, no counseling on contraception. Just abstinence. Do you think contraceptives help stop the spread of HIV?”
Mr. McCain: (Long pause) “You’ve stumped me.”
Q: “I mean, I think you’d probably agree it probably does help stop it?”
Mr. McCain: (Laughs) “Are we on the Straight Talk express? I’m not informed enough on it. Let me find out. You know, I’m sure I’ve taken a position on it on the past. I have to find out what my position was. Brian, would you find out what my position is on contraception – I’m sure I’m opposed to government spending on it, I’m sure I support the president’s policies on it.”
Q: “But you would agree that condoms do stop the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Would you say: ‘No, we’re not going to distribute them,’ knowing that?”
Mr. McCain: (Twelve-second pause) “Get me Coburn’s thing, ask Weaver to get me Coburn’s paper that he just gave me in the last couple of days. I’ve never gotten into these issues before.”

House Update
Well we are getting closer. The septic tank is half way in. The plumbing is 90% done because they are waiting on the septic tank. The bricking is getting ready to get started but they are waiting on the plumbing. The electric is almost ready to be turned on once the bricking is in, that is waiting for the plumbing, that is waiting for the freggin septic to be done!! Get the picture? The septic guy has been a major pain in my asphalt since the beginning of construction. Hopefully it will finally be done today but I guess we will just see. Enjoy the picts though of all the hard work we are getting done. One room at a time peeps, one room at a time.
